Glycin ist eine Aminosäure, die eine wichtige Rolle im Körper spielt und für verschiedene Funktionen benötigt wird, darunter die Bildung von Proteinen und die Unterstützung des Nervensystems. Chemisch gesehen handelt es sich bei Glycin um die kleinste und einfachste aller Aminosäuren. Als Eiweißbaustein wird Glycin im Körper vor allem zur Bildung von Kollagen, des roten Blutfarbstoffes, der Gallensäure und der DNA benötigt. Glycin ist außerdem zur Synthese der Aminosäuren Glutathion und Kreatin erforderlich.

Zudem ist Glycin genau wie GABA ein hemmender Transmitter im Zentralen Nervensystem. Hemmend bedeutet, dass die Aufgabe darin besteht, einer übererregung der Nerven entgegenzuwirken.

Warum ist das Glycin microverkapselt in Bidicin® ?

Damit Glycin im Stoffwechsel auch dahin kommt, wo wir es brauchen, konnte es in mikroverkapselter Form Bidicin® stabilisiert werden. In dieser Form ist es besonders wirksam, denn es ist wichtig, wieviel an welcher Stelle im Körper ankommt und wofür es vom Körper verwendet wird. Einfache Glycinpulver, Glycinkapseln oder Glycintabletten, die nicht mikroverkapselt sind, gehen meist in den normalen Proteinstoffwechsel ein und dienen Als Ausgangsstoff für Glutathion und Kreatin.

Bidicin® Glycin kann aufgrund der Mikroverkapselung und er sublingualen Aufnahme gut das Zentrale Nervensystem erreichen.

Glycin und Threonin

Glycin ist eine wichtige, nicht-essentielle Aminosäure, welche vom Körper durch die Umwandlung von Threonin hergestellt werden kann. Threonin ist eine essenzielle Aminosäure, sie muss mit der Nahrung zugeführt werden und ist Bestandteil von Kollagen (Zähne und Haut), wichtig für Nervensystem, Leber und Fetthaushalt.
Bei einer Eiweißmangelernährung von u.a. Threonin kann der Körper u. U. nicht genügend Glycin herstellen. Oder wenn die Umformung zu Glycin wegen anderer synergistischer Vitalstoffe nicht funktioniert: Dann wäre der Verzehr von Glycin ratsam, weil es an vielen wichtigen Körperfunktionen beteiligt ist.*) 1-18

Was kann Glycin für Ihren Stoffwechsel tun?
